T his is pretty self-explanatory. Here are some websites I crafted by my own hand. Both the design and the copy are entirely mine:
A simple business site for a client in the data recovery industry. It is hosted on Netlify, but Netlify’s built-in form capabilities were insufficient for the recovery requests that customers need to send through. I used FormSubmit to solve this problem, with the added benefit of no extra cost to the client.

A lead-generation site for a client in the insurance industry. It is hosted on Netlify, and integrates with Hubspot’s form API: when a user fills in the initial lead form, the data is submitted to Hubspot, and on success the page redirects to a second step, where the user can schedule a callback. This ensures that we can proactively follow up with those who don’t complete this second step. The icons were created by an illustrator I know in Ukraine.

A marketing site for a biblical dating platform that I am a partner in. This is not the dating dashboard—just the public-facing website where you can learn about the service and sign up. The structure hit (anything below 95% is bad in my book) comes from not using a content delivery network. This simply isn’t important given the tiny footprint of the site and how little traffic it gets.

A design inspired by the typographical revolution that came with the printing press—which in turn enabled the Reformation. This site showcases how it is indeed possible to use content-rich designs in a web 2.0 world, provided one’s ideal “customers” are actually looking for lots of information. Another interesting feature: on build, the site generator (Astro) queries Substack, where the sermons are hosted, and compiles the sermon page based on the information received back.

This is a pretty old website now, but it remains dear to my heart. I created this for an agency I co-founded, where I served as Creative Director for a couple of years before discovering that Christian ethical principles are incompatible with secular ones. This is a mirror of the original site, since it has understandably been taken in a slightly new direction since then. I remain deeply impressed that I eked such a marvelous performance score out of WordPress—a technology I loathe and despise.

I have worked on websites and campaigns in most industries except finance. From trucking to insurance, from AI to real estate, from dating to marketing—if you have a product worth selling, I can help you sell it online.
